Our "HEARTBEAT" for June has included:
* thinking about our children's ministry co-operative
* booking facility arrangements for fall
* connecting with new potential team participants (leaders and teachers)
* preparing to take a break for the summer...
Why children's ministry is important to Women of Heart...
* our mid-week daytime meeting time makes caring for children imperative to be inclusive of women with preschoolers and to benefit from each other's wisdom and skills
* being in "God's House - a place of worship" is a good thing for children
* Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."
* Jesus loves little children
Our big dreams regarding our ministry for children ...
* that our child/adult ratios for safety will be met easily each week
(without conscripting last minute participants)
* that our adult attendants would love being with the children
* that the children will be asking when Women of Heart starts up again
* that the process of qualifying our adult attendants would be embraced
(all the paperwork that is required by CSC and the policy regulators)
* that the security process and check-in would be easy and successfully protective
